It helps us look into things if you include:

• Your device model and iOS or iPadOS version
• The app version (shown in 設定 (Settings) under 規約とサポート)
• The name of the model you were using and where it ran (on device, cloud or DSH)
• What happened and what you were doing at the time

We use your email only to reply, to deal with the issue and to improve the app, and we delete it within a year after we’re done. See section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

If you come across an inappropriate reply, such as dangerous content or false information, you can report it to us from the app.

1. Tap the flag button under the reply, or long-press the reply and choose 報告 (Report).
2. Choose a reason. In order, the options are: dangerous or illegal content, sexual or violent content, discrimination or harassment, false information, and other.
3. An email draft opens with the reply and the model name. Add anything you’d like and send it. Nothing is sent until you do.

On devices that can’t send mail, the report is copied to the clipboard instead. Paste it into an email to [email protected]. We review every report and change the app’s defaults or features when needed.

Where are my conversations and API keys stored?

On your device. API keys and the DSH launch token are kept in the iOS Keychain. We don’t run a server, so none of it reaches us. They may be included in device backups such as iCloud Backup, depending on your iOS settings.

How do I withdraw consent to send data to a cloud AI?

In 設定 (Settings) › クラウドAPI (Cloud API), choose the provider and tap 送信への同意を取り消す (Withdraw consent). You’ll be asked again the next time you send something. Removing a provider also deletes its saved API key from your device.

What age is it for?

Ages 13 and up. On first launch the app asks for your date of birth, which is stored only on your device and never sent anywhere. Searching Hugging Face for models and adding models from a URL or file are available from age 18.

Does it cost anything?

The app is free, with no in-app purchases. Fees for cloud AI and search services depend on your own agreement with each service.

How do I delete conversations or memory?

Delete conversations from the conversation list, and memory and persona in 設定 (Settings) › 記憶と人格 (Memory and persona). Deleting the app also removes the conversations, memory and models stored on the device. To make sure the API keys in the Keychain are removed, delete the providers in 設定 (Settings) › クラウドAPI (Cloud API) before deleting the app.

How do I stop web searches and other outgoing requests?

Web search, web page fetching, @plugins and searching past conversations can each be turned off in the agent section of 設定 (Settings). Even when they’re on, searches and page fetches ask for confirmation each time by default.

Can I use it without DSH?

Yes. It works with just the on-device model and cloud AI. Connect DSH when you want to work on your own computer.
